Graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC and has worked in the food service industry while achieving her Food Management Professional accreditation. between restaurants, Catering Manager and Corporate Food Service Director she learned how to run a successful food service business. During college she learned from classically trained Chefs with the fundamentals of traditional cooking to create one-of-a-kind dishes inspired by new trends.
Graduated at University of Tennessee in Interior Design and worked as Project Manager and Cad Operator while achieving her NCIDQ. Her and her family moved to Charlotte in 2009 and promptly opened Savory Moments. With her design background she makes the caterings memorable for our clients.
Mom is a permanent fixture around the facility. She spends most for her time between running our errands to setting up events. And always socializing with the team and keeping spirits up as we push through the day. She makes this a true family business.
Our very first employee was Kris, she has been with us through the slow beginning to all the crazy up rush of business. She currently oversees the logistics of all corporate events from assembling box lunches, pulling linen and equipment for hot meals to organizing the delivery schedules. Somehow she is able to fit us into her busy schedule she balances with her husband and three very active children.
